If you haven't received your order but the tracking information status says "Delivered" you will need to advise us by submitting an enquiry here.
Your details will be forwarded to our Order Management team to assist with your dispute, and we will organise to obtain a Proof of Delivery with our commercial supplier.
The Proof of Delivery will then be reviewed, and contact will be made with you regarding the next stage of the process via email correspondence.
To support your claim, we will ask you to provide us with a physical copy of a police report for lost/stolen goods. A police report number will not be sufficient.
Please note: Snaffle do not authorise any of our couriers to leave goods unattended without a signature.
However, should you request the courier to leave your item in a safe location; Snaffle will not be liable and you’ll need to lodge your investigation independently as this arrangement would have been made between yourself and the courier and is no longer within Snaffle’s jurisdiction.
