Once you have been sent your tracking information, you may find when you check the status of your order it’ll advise that it’s Pending.
There’s no need to panic! All this means is that the couriers system is still pending, and it hasn't progressed to the next status yet, it is likely that your order has actually progressed through and is now in the process of being allocated to a driver.
If you do see this status appear - we ask that you allow up to 2 business days for this to be updated and you can then track your order, otherwise please contact us and we can organise a follow up.
